How many years has this festival been running?

This is the third year the Stock Route Music Festival has been run at Lazy River Estate.

What time is the festival?

The festival will be held on the Saturday, April 20, 2024. Gates open at 1.30pm and the event will finish by 10pm.

Can children attend the Stock Route?

Yes, it is suitable for all ages. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Can animals attend the Stock Route?

No, the festival is not suitable for animals (excluding service animals).

What ID will I require for entry for The Stock Route Country Music Festival?

If you are entering the festival with an ADULT ticket and look under the age of 25 years of age, you will be required to provide any of the following identification:
Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photo).
Current Passport.
Government Issued Proof of Age Card.
NSW Photo Card (with photo).
International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph).

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, the Stock Route Music Festival is a licensed venue. All drinks must be purchased on site and there will be full bar facilities available throughout the duration of the event. No outside drinks (other than water in a clear/sealed bottle) can be brought into the grounds. Please note eskies and trolley aren’t permitted either, but you may bring a small, soft edged cooler bag.

Can I bring my own food?

No, all food must be purchased onsite. No outside food (other than baby supplies) can be brought into the grounds. Please note eskies and trolley aren’t permitted either, but you may bring a small, soft edged cooler bag.

How do I pay for food and beverages in the festival?

There will NO ATM facilities inside the grounds of Lazy River Estate. Please bring cash required for the day, OR you will be able to tap, swipe or insert your debit card at all bars and food vendors. 

Can I purchase tickets to the festival on the day?

No. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event, through our ticket provider 123TIX. A digital or physical copy of your ticket will be required to enter the festival. 

How can I get to the festival?

We will be running a bus service during the day (pick up location Club Dubbo) or you can drive to Lazy River Estate and free parking is available.

If I leave the festival, will I be able to re-enter with a pass out?

No. Liquor licensing requirements restrict us from being able to offer pass-outs.

Will there be seating provided?

There will be no seating provided, all attendees are encouraged to bring their own camp chair or rug.

Is camping available?

Yes, camping is available for our 2024 event, until sites sell out.

Camping Site - Small
Site allows for tents/swags only and parking for 1 x car. Limit of 4 x adults per site.

Camping Site - Large
Site allows for 1 x campervan/caravan, with 1 x car attached. Limit of 4 x adults per site.

Check in: from 10am on 20/4/24
Check out: by 10am on 21/4/24

Site facilities include toilets, main area lighting and drinking water tap. No power or other amenities are included or available.

Campers, please note:

  • Purchase of a camp site ticket does not allow you access to Stock Route Music Festival, attendees must still purchase a festival ticket for entry. Camping sites are limited to people attending Stock Route Music Festival – all campers must have a festival entry ticket.
  • Camp ground entry gates will be locked when festival gates open at 1.30pm and will remain locked until 6am on 21/4/24. Strictly no vehicle movement once the festival has begun.
  • Campers will be able to enter the Festival through the festival entry gates (adjacent to the camp grounds - 50m walk), however there will be no passouts during the Festival.
